‘Roots for Life’

School Council

Hello and welcome to the school council web page. This is where you can find out about what’s happening at Woodland.

Here’s how it works
  1. In your class you can volunteer to become your class rep.
  2. You will need to write a speech as to why your class should vote for you to become their class reps.
  3. There shall be 2 class reps; a boy and a girl.
  4. Once you have decided on your class reps, then the class reps go even further and make powerpoint presentations, posters, banners and badges etc.
  5. Next your whole year will vote for you to become a year councillor. There shall be 5 year councillors out of each year - 20 in total.
  6. Now you’re in the school council and will be presented with a school council badge - until next year.
